North Carolina is well-known for its gems and the economy that ensued after their discovery. Colburn Natural Science Museum in Asheville, NC commissioned an exhibit design to highlight this part of their local history. The challenge of this project was the vast amount of information that was needed to be presented in a relatively small amount of space. Correlating the information to the photographs and diagrams directly as well as making the text friendly and easily digested was crucial.
