Designed during the 2004 presidential campaign, this poster series is hard hitting and straight forward and, admittedly, biased to my personal convictions. I have always found it important to voice my own opinions and have a strong interest and background in politics, so this campaign appealed greatly to me. The designs are unified through a 3 color complimentary composition of high contrast, as well as the ‘Anyone But Bush’ slogan. The style is inspired by a vintage aesthetic, worn and slightly washed out. The visuals are highly conceptual to make a strong point without an in-depth and obvious explanation.
